Due to the nature of
our products, we cannot accept returns for consumable items unless they are defective or
sent in error.
All discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of
merchandise. We gladly accept returns for merchandise that is manufacturer defective or if
the merchandise was sent to you by our error. You must contact us to inform us of the
problem and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without
an RA Number. All returns must be sent insured. Please call if you have any problems or
questions regarding a return.
There is a 25% restocking fee for items ordered in error and only items in completely new
condition will be considered for refund.
Return shipping charges are refundable only if the merchandise was defective or if the
return is a result of our error.
WE will make the final decision regarding returns and refunds,
If paid by credit card allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your
statement.
Nothing will be considered for refund after 30 days.

We apologize that your item was backordered. Our product availability policy is designed so that we can offer you the widest selection of products at the most reasonable prices. In a few cases, however, we may take your order and find out that our inventory is lacking what you were seeking. The reasons for this may vary from an unexpected buying trend, our wholesalers being caught off guard, to delays in shipping/customs and such. In any case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible at no additional charge. If you would like us to cancel the item, just contact us by phone or e-mail. We will take care of it immediately.
